In Loving Memory…
Hannahslore is a non-profit fund established in memory of Hannah Krom, a 14 year old girl who lived courageously while battling pulmonary hypertension. The fund’s purpose is to promote literacy, support children with life-threatening illnesses and donate money for research of pulmonary hypertension. Although Hannah’s life has ended there’s no reason for her spirit to stop bringing joy and happiness to the rest of us. This site will hopefully play a part in helping the lives of other children with heart disease overcome any obstacle they may face. It is a constant work-in-progress and was initially designed with the reader in mind.
